Requirements to Host
Organizations applying to host a GCCC certification exam must:
- Designate an Exam Administator: Identify a primary contact to coordinate with the GCCC Staff.
- Secure a Suitable Venue: Provide a computer lab, conference room, or other space with reliable Internet connectivity.
- Appoint and Train a Proctor: Identify at least one proctor who will complete GCCC proctor training.
- Meet the Minimum Examinee Requirements: Ensure at least four candidates register for the exam. Sessions may be cancelled if the minimum is not met.
- Provide Adequate Notice: Submit your intent to host at least 90 days before the planned exam date to ensure timely setup and candidate registration.
